SEO E-COM - Search Engine Optimization and E-Commerce

Marketing Service Agreement
“You” will hereby be referred to as “client” or “customer”. This agreement is between “You” and this
company. This company will hereby be referred to as “Your SEO Expert”.
1) Summary of Services – Your SEO Expert agrees to perform all duties set forth under the SEO
E-Com - Search Engine Optimization. These services include and are exclusively limited to:
• Your SEO Expert will analyze your web site through our exclusive analysis software to chart
out a plan of action which will implemented by Your SEO Expert.
• Conduct Keyword Research to develop a list of keywords and key phrases that will best target
client’s company.
• Develop the Robot files, Site Maps XML files, and site data info files all relevant to the
indexing of client’s web site.
• Relevant word placement and repetition is a key part of optimization. Your SEO Expert’s
proprietary software will take clients established keywords and key phrases and assist Your SEO
Expert in reaching optimal word usage percentages.
• Submit client site - manually submit client’s optimized web site and key domains to the four
major search engines and the three major web directories. We also do monthly submissions to over 700
search engines, directories, and relevant link pages.
• Broadcast press releases upon receiving content
• Publish articles upon receiving content
• Provide support via YourSEOExpert.com
• Develop product feeds
• Upload product feeds to Froogle and Shopping.com
• $25 monthly Shopping.com allowance

2) Warranties and Guarantees
• Your SEO Expert guarantees the highest level of performance with Your SEO Expert
optimization services. Your SEO Expert cannot guarantee specific rankings and ratings in search
engines. Your SEO Expert does give you a guarantee of monthly site submission service, guaranteed
visitors (if purchased), and guaranteed views of graphical advertisement (if purchased). Your SEO
Expert guarantees monthly attention to your web site to maintain client’s ranking and position in the
search engines. Client will have access to all statistical data. *Traffic warranties are only for SEO
Complete clients that purchase guaranteed web traffic separately from the SEO Complete. In most
cases, this does not apply.

3) Payments are to be made to:
Your SEO Expert - You agree to pay the agreed service fee each month hereafter you have paid
the signup fee.
• Monthly payments will be charged to Visa® , MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover
® . Your statement will reflect the charge as “2CO YOUR SEO EXPERT”.
• Your SEO Expert holds the option of not performing task, changes, and maintenance on
Client’s web site until payment is made if Client’s account is delinquent by more than 5 days.
• Failure to pay monthly service fee on time will result in a 5% rate on the balance per delinquent
30 days.
• If a balance is unresolved past 60 days, Your SEO Expert hold’s the right to discontinue traffic
driving, advertisement display, press release broadcasting, customer support, routine optimization
services, and all other services provided by Your SEO Expert.

4) Disputes
• All disputes must be resolved through arbitration. All agreements are hereby governed under
the laws of the government of the United States of America.

NOTE: Your quoted amount also includes the first month management. The total shown prior to collecting your billing information should match the amount you were quoted from Your SEO Expert. If not, please contact Your SEO Expert prior to starting your project.
